Based on the representations made by the Associate and in order to enable the Legitlaw Clients to avail the services, the Parties have agreed that (i) Legitlaw shall authorize and provide Customers/ Clients the access to Platform, and (ii) Associates shall provide the Services to the Legitlaw Clients.
As used in this Agreement, the terms and expressions when used with the First letter capitalized shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings assigned to them hereunder.
